Instructions

1. Paint rollers help with a smooth and even finish.

Buy dark blue and light blue paint, as well as a paint roller and Painter's Tape at a discount retail or paint supply store. Purchase several small craft paint brushes and silver and white craft paint at a discount retail store or craft supply shop. Buy "Star Wars" posters at a discount retail store.

2. Remove all furniture from the room and cover the floors with drop cloths or newspaper.

3. Painter's Tape will help you achieve a professional-looking paint job.

Apply Painter's Tape around seams where the walls meet the ceiling.

4. You will only need one coat of paint after you add a coat of primer.

Paint the ceiling and walls with one coat of primer. Allow to dry for approximately 48 hours.

5. Paint the ceiling dark blue. Paint the walls light blue. Allow them to dry for approximately 48 hours.

6. A "Star Wars" bedroom should have a ceiling decorated with bright stars.

Paint stars on ceiling with small craft paint brushes. Dip a brush into white or silver paint. Hold the paint brush vertically and "jab" it onto the ceiling to create a tiny star. Repeat this process until the ceiling is covered.

7. Hang a variety of "Star Wars" posters on the walls to complete the look.
