Paint brushes can be used to paint walls.
Interior walls can look boring, but glaze can add a little bit of extra color and shimmer to the walls. Water-based glaze dries faster than oil-based glaze, so you have more time to work with the oil-based glaze. Some paints come with glaze already mixed in, but if you choose to buy them separately, you can follow these steps.
Instructions
1. Clean the walls that you want to paint. Make sure to remove everything from the walls and for furniture to be out of the way so that you will not damage anything while painting. It is also important to cover windows, baseboards and carpet so it will not get stained with the paint or the glaze.
2. Paint the walls with the interior paint. The amount of times you will have to paint it will depend on the color you choose, but it is advised to cover all walls at least twice when painting. For darker colors it may be necessary to put a third coat on the wall. Before putting on a new coat of paint, let the paint fully dry.
3. Paint the walls with the glaze and make sure you cover everything at least once with the glaze for a glossy feel. While it can be hard to see the glaze as it is applied, it is important to cover the entire wall to avoid patches.
4. Remove the covers from the windows, baseboards and carpet and move the furniture back into the room.
