Spiderman is one of the most famous Marvel superheroes, and children everywhere love this crime fighting hero. He has been the focus of comic books, movies, television shows and has tons of merchandise. You can easily decorate any child’s room with a Spiderman theme that will look and feel as if you are entering the world of this famous Webslinger.
Instructions
1. Paint the walls with red base. Red is Spiderman’s main color and the red base will immediately showcase that this could be the Webslinger's lair.
2. Add webbing to the wall with black paint. The easiest way to create a web is by starting with a focal point, branching out a bunch of lines and then adding curled lines to connect them.
3. Add painted spiders or other Spiderman features like Spiderman himself, villains or a cityscape.
4. Spread fake spiderweb around the bedroom. The best time to buy this is around Halloween, when you can easily find the webbing at retailers.
5. Create a small climbing spot on one of the walls. To do this you can set up a small ladder or, to make it less obvious, install small foot steps into the wall to climb on. This way, children can pretend that they have some of Spiderman’s powers and can easily scale a wall or building.
6. Hang up Spiderman posters from the hit movies. These are some of the best Spiderman posters and feature him climbing, swinging, or battling a villain. Frame the posters so that they look more stylish in the room.
7. Put a shelf up in the room to feature a collection of other Spiderman merchandise. There is a wide selection of action figures and collectibles designed with Spiderman available.
8. Hang some Spiderman figures off of the ceiling so that it appears as if Spiderman is in mid-flight. Hang it kind of loose so that if the wind blows or it is hit, then the figure can start swinging.
9. Purchase other Spiderman room decorations like rugs, bed sheets, lamps, light switch covers and anything else that will make the Spiderman room complete.
